Kathi Santeramo-DeWitt 
                                         President

Kathi, President of UHA, is a Licensed South Carolina Real Estate Commission PMIC and a member of SAHMA. She has held a HCCP designation from the National Home Builders Association, and has participated with CCAH during Annual conferences in South Carolina. A member of The Affordable Housing Coalition and she is also a South Carolina Notary.

Kathi has over 18 years experience in multifamily property management, which includes Conventional, Condominium, Rural Development 515, HUD 236, HUD 202, Section 42 LIHTC, HOME Funds, and Tax Exempt Bond communities. Her management portfolio exceeded 3,000 Affordable/Conventional units at a time and also included the supervision of the Compliance for in excess of 4000 Affordable units.

               

                            Bill DeWitt
                               Director of Compliance

Bill has over 30 years experience in management, training, and business development. He held real estate licenses in several states, and has overseen several new and rehab construction projects. Recently, he was in the field services industry, where he performed audits and asset verification for major financial institutions.

Bill has attended many Affordable Housing conferences and workshops, including Developing Affordable Energy Efficient Housing, the SC Tax Credit Roundtable, the Public Policy Commission for Affordable Housing Coalition and Spectrum's LIHTC C3P Training Seminar. He holds a C3P designation and is also a South Carolina Notary.


                           Rebecca Deneke
                                  Director of Accounting

"Becca" has over 10 years of multifamily accounting experience in all aspects of financial reporting and functions for Conventional, Rural Development, HUD and State Housing Finance and Development Section 42 properties. Becca attended Midlands Technical College and the University of SC. She has a degree in Business, majoring in Accounting. She is well versed in "Property Management" related issues impacting the financial status of any property and has cross trained with on-site personnel regularly to fully grasp their needs from the association office. She is a Notary for the State of South Carolina. She is also a licensed Property Manager with the South Carolina Real Estate Commission.

                              Vicki Gould
                             Director of Property Management

Vicki has over 19 years of experience in all phases of Conventional, Tax Credit, HUD and Rural Development property management. She has also worked extensively with new construction and lease-up communities. Her management portfolio exceeded 1500 units. Her range of experience and strong management skills with team building, training, customer service and marketing create an environment for success at each level of property management to meet owner objectives. She holds a South Carolina Real Estate License and has held a National Center Housing Management Certificate. IREM courses completed include 100, 200, 300, 800, and Maintenance. She is a past president of Augusta Apartment Association and prior Legislative Committee Chairperson.

Vicki attended South Carolina State University and Augusta State University where she majored in Management and Accounting. She has attended Tax Credit training with A.J. Johnson, Occupancy Specialist training with Steve Rosenblatt and Tax Credit Training with SCHFD.

 Tammy Flynn
Corporate Trainer/Marketing Director and Supportive Services Director

An 18 year industry veteran, Tammy joined the United corporate team in 2009.

 As a versatile property management professional, in the course of her career Tammy has handled such diverse projects as marketing communications, leasing and sales training, corporate policy development, compliance management, promotional events, renovation rehab management and company reporting systems. Her years in the industry and people skills allow her the ability to create a working link between resident needs and services. She is responsible in the implementation and oversight of site specific marketing plans and resident services for our portfolio. Tammy attended USC with a major in Business and has attended and obtained certifications in various property management courses. In her spare time, she volunteers with local non-profit organizations and is active in church and school functions. She enjoys traveling, Georgia Bulldog football, pottery and reading.


Savannah Simenot
Compliance Monitor

Savannah, joined our Compliance Department after 2 years of experience in the Property Management industry as she served on the Board of Directors for United Housing Associates Inc .Prior to her joining our team, her background included Web Design, Marketing Design and 7 years in Customer Services related industries.

 Savannah is a SC Notary and has attended SAHMA tax credit training and Tax Credit Training with A.J. Johnson. She is a HCCP designated candidate.

                   Management Personnel


 All of United Housing's Sites are staffed with the best management personnel. Each Site manager is properly trained in the fundamentals of property management, including Resident Relations, Marketing, Leasing, Site Administration, Financial Reporting, and Basic Maintenance skills. Each Site manager is also required to attend a LIHTC Training Session conducted by the SC States Housing Finance and Development Authority. United Housing hosts a management training session every 6 months for all site personnel.
